Mental Health Associate Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children aged 6 to 17.
• Implement the daily program schedule.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
• Communicate with co‑workers, supervisors, and other team members regarding patient care and safety concerns.
• Work 40 hours per week with shifts 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m., including weekend availability.

San Marcos Treatment Center, a 212‑bed, seclusion free psychiatric residential treatment facility.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Psychiatric experience preferred (2 years).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a Criminal Background check and Pre‑Employment Drug Screening.
