The RoleAs the Quality Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the products delivered to customers meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. You'll lead a dedicated team of QC Technicians, partnering closely with Operations and cross‑functional teams to drive accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement across the production process.

What You'll Do Lead & Develop People- Supervise, coach, schedule, and guide QC personnel across all shifts.
- Train team members on inspection methods, metrology tools, drawings, QMS practices, and best‑in‑class quality techniques.
- Verify product conformance to internal standards and customer requirements.
- Approve first‑piece/first‑article inspections and validate line setup checks.
- Keep all inspection and test equipment properly used, maintained, and calibrated.
- Stay current on relevant product, design, operations, and quality documentation.
- Support root cause analysis through the 8D process, with focus on containment, RCA, and effectiveness verification.
- Coordinate MRB/NCM activities and contribute to strengthening the company's Quality Management System.
- Work closely with Production leadership to prioritize QC activities and meet manufacturing goals.
- Provide timely, clear feedback to ensure product acceptance and prevent issues before they occur.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in a technical field.
- 3+ years of experience supervising Quality personnel in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001-based quality system.
- Proficiency with engineering drawings, specifications, and metrology tools.
- Certified Lead Auditor or ASQ Quality certification.
- Experience working within QMS frameworks beyond ISO 9001 (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO/TS22163).
- Skill in training others on inspection and quality techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, and quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, and 5S
