- Provide quality engineering support, conduct technical investigations, and implement immediate risk containment measures and systemic mistake-proof solutions to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Generate, manage, and present/reports Key Process Indicators (KPIs) for the site including but not limited to: scrap rework repair, Pareto by defects, repeat/defects per unit, first pass yield, all escapes, audit findings, etc.
- Be well-versed in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and recommend various inspection methodologies for proper inspection of hardware.
- Draught technical documents such as inspection plans, local work instructions, controlled procedures, and standard illustrated plannings.
- Identify and manage risk in product development primarily utilizing and driving PPAP core elements such as process flow diagrams, measurement system analysis, process failure mode and effects analysis, and process control plan.
- Interface with audits (internal, external, customer, regulatory, etc.) as a point of contact.
- A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of quality assurance experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience in Microsoft Office
365 products. - Experience in root cause and corrective action investigations.
- Working knowledge of Net Inspect.
- Experience in internal audit.
- Previous experience in Material Review Board (MRB) with dispositioning of nonconforming items.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- AS9100.
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).

Salary range: 68,900
USD – 131,100
