Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store to look appealing—all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and excellent service.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and cover assigned zones.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Help organize stock rooms and keep the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
