We are currently seeking entry-level, part-time retail sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, tools, and firearms (in FFL locations).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $12.95 to $15.95, with potential for up to 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $2.70 per hour.
• Commission is based on productivity and is in addition to the hourly rate.
• Most stores operate from 9AM to 6PM, closed on Sundays.
• Earned Wage Access available from the second day of employment, allowing withdrawals up to 50% of earned wages up to 7 times per payroll cycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with sales and pawn transactions.
• Maintaining the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handling cash and negotiable items following policies and regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries.
• Completing training and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and become certified.
• Minimum age 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and perform basic math.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; computer literacy required.
