- - Responsibilities:
Lead and create a best in class customer experience by connecting customers with Wayfair's home online assortment;
Manage and monitor stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment in all departments;
Maintain visual standards required by Wayfair and Tanger Outlets;
Support customer fulfillment across all channels including order pick up and incoming inventory;
Participate in all operational aspects of the store including processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep
