C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, demonstrate strong customer service, promote products and services;
Monitor enterprise fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, manage Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages, perform shipment check-in, binning, and stock area maintenance, process order delivery and returns on register;
Replenish store inventory in collaboration with Merchandise team, participate in annual inventory;
Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, and productivity
