Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.;
Monitor entrances/exits and the sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior and gathering theft indicators.;
Greet customers with eye contact and a friendly demeanor and answer questions to support customer service.;
Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices; collaborate with Store Leadership.;
Communicate effectively with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to address theft indicators and mitigate operational shortage.
