Job Description

Pak Mail located at 1101 Thorpe Lane #105 in San Marcos is hiring a full‑time Retail & Customer Service Associate. This role involves helping neighbors ship packages, take passport photos, make copies, send faxes, manage mail for mailbox customers, assist with retail and gift item purchases, and serve as a Notary Public.

• Serve as the face of the store, greeting and assisting customers
• Process shipping and packing of packages, including delicate items
• Take passport photos and prepare documents for notarization
• Provide copy, fax, and printing services
• Handle mail management for mailbox customers
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing retail and gift items
• Operate copier, fax, camera, and heat press equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Multitask and lift heavy boxes as required

• Friendly, professional, and proactive in solving customer problems
• Quick to learn new software and adapt to established processes
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work responsibilities
• Available Monday‑Friday, with some Saturdays, for a 40+ hour work week
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills

• Prior customer service or retail sales experience
• Experience with inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Photoshop
• Operating familiarity with copier, fax, camera, and heat press equipment

• High school diploma required; some college preferred

• Spanish language ability
• Experience using Canva or Photoshop
• Active Notary Public designation
