PT Sales Lead, Lee Wrangler Clearance Center

Position Summary

Part‑time Sales Associate II (Sales Lead) at Kontoor Brands supporting daily business, customer engagement, store operations, and merchandising. Key role: ensures the highest level of customer engagement, works under Store Manager guidance, fosters a positive environment. Assumes responsibility as Manager on Duty and handles opening/closing duties as needed.

• Follow direction of store management to maximize sales and achieve goals.
• Lead customer engagement on the sales floor and support productivity.
• Act as Manager on Duty when the only management member is present.
• Ensure excellence in customer service by modeling brand standards and addressing concerns.
• Wear brand apparel and promote Lee and Wrangler products.
• Greet customers, engage with open‑ended questions, assist in fitting rooms, and suggest products.
• Monitor compliance with company and store policies and report concerns.
• Delegate tasks to associates to maintain operational excellence.
• Respond to injuries and coordinate with HR.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Communicate associate concerns to the Store Manager and support the open‑door policy.
• Model inclusive behavior, promote participation, sustainability, and company values.

• Must be 18years of age or older.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Proven ability to multi‑task and maintain a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
• Stand for up to 8 hours during scheduled shifts.
• Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lifting and carrying ability up to 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Push or pull full racks for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items and restock.
• Occasional manual labor to assemble displays and rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels, assist customers, and perform detail‑oriented tasks.
• Use fine manipulation and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing (e.g., hangers, folding, color‑/size order).

• Hourly pay range: $12.00–$16.00. In states where the minimum wage exceeds $11.00, the starting rate is one dollar above the minimum wage. The maximum pay is up to $16.00 or $3.00 above the starting rate, whichever is greater.
