Member Services Associate provides member service, operates checkout equipment, processes payments, handles returns, manages merchandise, maintains a safe and secure environment, trains new associates, and supports overall club operations.

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.
• Understanding of company safety and security policies.
• Ability to assist members with purchasing decisions and problem resolution.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

Hourly wage range: $17.00–$25.00 per hour. Additional premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
