As a Retail Sales Associate you will bring the Tory Burch brand to life for customers, delivering a transformational client experience while driving sales and supporting store operations.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve personal sales goals.
• Use strong selling skills and extensive product knowledge to create memorable customer experiences.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle clearly and consistently.
• Follow and enforce sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Contribute to visual and operational aspects of the store environment.
• Participate in loss prevention initiatives and maintain loss prevention standards.
• Collaborate with team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, humor, and continuous learning.

• One to three years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Excellent personal selling and customer‑relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexible availability for a business‑needs schedule, including nights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform required store tasks.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and dedicated to loss prevention.

Compensation range: $15.00‑$15.00 per hour (base pay).
