Summary
The Client Advisor at the San Marcos Outlet delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, product knowledge, and the ability to build and retain lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand's image and standards.
Responsibilities- Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as an ambassador of the brand.
- Tailor the client experience and support the sales ceremony on the shop floor.
- Mentor and support team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana history and merchandise.
- Proactively use CRM tools to source new clients and update client records.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to business development.
- Assist with merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear (RTW).
