Role Overview

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you are an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. While the Stockroom is your main focus, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

• Provide strong passion for brand standards and consistently keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom as an efficient and productive environment by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, devise a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support team members by stepping in on non‑stock tasks or guest assistance whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety and maintain Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.
