About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant at Honda of San Marcos, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services.
