Field Sales Representative (Roofing & Solar)
Location:
San Marcos, TX
Compensation:
Salary + Commission
OTE: $80,000–$100,000
Divided Sky Roofing & Solar is hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to handle appointments, inspections, and customer consultations throughout Central Texas.
This role combines base salary stability with strong commission upside.
Key Responsibilities- Run and generate appointments
- Perform detailed roof inspections
- Present roofing and solar solutions
- Guide customers through the insurance claims process
- Manage follow-up and close sales
- Oversee projects through completion
- Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
