Overview

Our Product Specialist will ensure a seamless, high-touch handover process for new vehicle buyers, focusing on technology education and customer satisfaction after the sale. They demonstrate vehicle features, assist with phone pairing, and act as a liaison between sales and service. As the Product Specialist you will assist customers with their Ford Sync and Navigation Systems when they take delivery of their new vehicle.

In addition, you will help our Sales Consultants stay on top of the latest software updates. The Product Specialist works with both sales and service customers; you may also be driving to customer’s houses to program garage doors and train customers in the new technology. You will also be managing internet specials and updating websites.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, assist with phone pairing, and act as a liaison between sales and service.
  • Assist customers with Ford Sync and Navigation Systems at delivery and help Sales Consultants stay up to date with the latest software updates.
  • Work with both sales and service customers; may drive to customer homes to program garage doors and train customers in the new technology.
  • Manage internet specials and update websites.
  • Adhere to a 5-day work week:
    Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Qualifications
  • Basic skills with computer and other office equipment (copier, credit card machine, telephone).
  • Tech savvy, quick learner, hardworking, dependable, people person.
  • Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Pass hair follicle drug test.
  • Self-disciplined.
  • Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment.
