Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded Leasing Agent for our property at Heritage at Cottonwood Creek, in San Marcos, TX.

*** We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, motivated, and energetic leasing consultant to drive results at our newly developed 233-unit community, Heritage at Cottonwood Creek. This conventional property includes an Essential Housing component and offers an exciting lease-up opportunity.

The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives.

Bilingual and lease-up experience are strongly preferred. Weekend availability is a must.

Proven leasing expertise in a fast-paced residential multifamily apartment community environment

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred

Strong marketing knowledge and ability to promote the community effectively

Detailed oriented and excellent follow through skills

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

$20-$23

* Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
