Marketing Coordinator – Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, Frisco and Fort Worth, Texas.

• 2+ years of proposal/marketing experience.
• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry and proposal preparation process.
• Experience strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responses, including content organization, creation, form preparation, editing, and production.
• Excellent technical writing and editing skills.
• Superior organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint preferred.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
• Desire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase industry knowledge and grow within the career.
• Commitment to perform responsibilities consistent with industry standards to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Interest in developing relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations to remain a trusted community resource.

• Primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuits.
• Liaises with marketing and professional services departments to manage and track proposal opportunities.
• Coordinates and produces proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondence.
• Maintains marketing information (project details, team member resumes) in the company‑wide Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Works with minimal supervision and performs self QA/QC of work.
• Adheres to Cobb Fendley’s safety standards.
• Maintains a professional attitude and fulfills responsibilities with integrity.

This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week). Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST with a one‑hour unpaid lunch break. Hours may vary with department needs and overtime is possible. Eligible for a hybrid schedule after the training period.
