Compensation: $96,400 – $250,300+ per year (based on experience and skill), with a $2,500 monthly guarantee and additional bonuses.

• Sell vehicles to prospective customers using dealership sales processes.
• Generate and manage sales leads provided by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

• Minimum 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in automotive sales or related sales roles (required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with dealership CRM systems preferred.
