The Sales & Internet Coordinator will assist in showcasing dealership inventory through photos and videos, supporting customer communication, and maintaining strong relationships after the sale. This role offers experience in sales, marketing, social media, customer service, and the automotive industry.

• Create photos and videos of vehicles for customer inquiries and online engagement.
• Assist the BDC and Sales teams with customer follow‑up and communication.
• Support after‑sale customer care initiatives.
• Utilize social media platforms to engage customers and promote dealership inventory.
• Help maintain accurate and timely vehicle content for customer requests.
• Build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Assist with special events, promotions, and dealership marketing efforts as needed.

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, social media, and basic technology.
• Creative mindset with an eye for photography and video content.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required – training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Part‑Time Position.

Hours may vary based on business needs and availability.
