As Insurance Account Manager for Michael Feulner State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Review Insurance coverages and make recommendations to customers.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell a variety of insurance products.
• Calling, Texting, and Emailing prospective customers that contact you for insurance quotes.

• Experience in Sales preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C and Life & Health License.
• Strong Verbal and written communication Skills.
• Confidence to discuss and teach consumers complicated topics.
• Must be willing to work in a base salary + commission pay structure.
• Must be willing to work in office to enable better continual training and development of sales skills.
