Sales and Business Development Manager

Metromont Corporation, a leader in precast concrete constructions, is seeking an accomplished Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and lead sales initiatives in our dynamic environment. This role is crucial for fostering strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will not only have a robust background in sales and business development within the construction industry but will also be skilled in negotiating and closing large deals, understanding project management, and demonstrating deep knowledge of construction processes and precast concrete solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
• Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction.
• Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our strategic partners, including sustainable profitability.
• Implement detailed business work plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
