- Allstate is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team!
This role combines exceptional customer service with account management, cross-selling, and relationship building. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most to them.

What you'll be doing:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins and online inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes and insurance reviews
- Assist with endorsements, policy renewals and retention efforts
- Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
- Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
- Educate clients on available coverage options and updates
What we're looking for:
- Friendly, positive and customer-focused attitude
- Highly self-motivated with a "go the extra mile" attitude
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Coachable with a willingness to learn, grow and adapt to new strategies and techniques
- Comfortable recommending insurance solutions, educating customers on coverage options, and confidently handling objections
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred. Candidates with prior Property & Casualty insurance experience who are willing to obtain their license will also be considered.
