• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion.
• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Perform on-site roof inspections and in-home consultations.
• Learn and execute both storm restoration and retail sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• All experience levels welcome — sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, windows, home security, etc.) and familiarity with CRM software are a plus, but not required. We'll train the right person.
