Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local management and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and potential theft‑related activity, reporting findings per site protocols.
• Support retail operations by assisting with closing procedures, checking restricted areas, and maintaining a visible presence to deter disruptions and unwanted activity.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
