Security Officer Standing Position

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor for suspicious behavior, assist with access and crowd flow at entry points, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures;
Support loss prevention efforts by observing customer and employee activity, reporting unusual conduct, and assisting with post orders related to high-value merchandise and store opening and closing routines
