Texas State University Police Department is seeking lateral transfers for positions as peace officers. Officers will serve as part of the UPD Team, engaging with students, faculty, staff, and the community to maintain safety on campus and in surrounding properties.
Responsibilities include enforcement of Texas laws, responding to emergencies, patrolling campus facilities, issuing citations, and participating in investigations. Shifts are 12 hours and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
