Our mechanic will be assigned to a dedicated concrete paving crew and will be with them full time.
- Assembles, sets up, adjusts, maintains and repairs all types of construction equipment
- Inspects and diagnoses machinery to determine need for and cost of repairs
- Tests, installs new or repaired unit back into equipments
- Performs minor tune ups to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the equipments
- Understand system controls, operation, and configurations

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two+ years related mechanic experience and/or training
- Mechanic experience slipform pavers, concrete places, and cure/texture machines
- Experience with Gunner & Zimmerman (G&Z) and Gomaco are a huge plus
- Mechanical, welding, and electrical experience preferred
- For safety reasons, it is imperative that the employee be able to read and speak fluent English
