Demonstrate proficiency in Building Automation Systems, Entrata and CMMS for logging of service requests and completed work;
Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOPs and industry standards;
Perform maintenance and repairs on major building systems and various trades;
Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs and maintenance for supervisor review;
Perform routine maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical; assist in after-hours emergencies as needed
