Overview
Trade Wise Staffing Group is hiring Skilled Construction Laborers to support commercial remodel projects at Quik Trip gas station locations in the Austin area. If you're comfortable on an active jobsite, know your way around basic tools, and take pride in solid finish work, we want to hear from you. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity — a real path to a permanent spot for reliable workers who show up and get it done.
Responsibilities- Assist skilled tradespeople with demolition and general finish work
- Support installation of millwork, tile, countertops, and soda fountain areas
- Use hand tools, tape measures, drills, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow jobsite direction and keep tasks moving on schedule
- Load, stage, and move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- 1–3 years of construction, remodeling, or general labor experience
- Comfortable operating basic hand and power tools
- Able to follow direction and work safely on an active commercial jobsite
- Must have required PPE
- Reliable transportation to Austin-area jobsites
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Spanish-speaking workers welcome
- Weekly pay
- Temp-to-perm path with a growing commercial contractor
- Steady work on active projects
