Job Description Job Description San Marcos Community seeking a Working Maintenance Supervisor for daily Maintenance operations.
The Ideal Candidate will have knowledge in HVAC functions, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry.
Requirements:- HVAC/EPA Certification
- Pool Operator Certification
- Experience with Elevator
- Driver's License
- High School Diploma
- Auto Insurance
- At least 2 years' experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor
- At least 5 years' experience in Apartment Maintenance
