The Legacy Realty LLC is seeking a Working Maintenance Supervisor for the San Marcos Community to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure safe, efficient building upkeep. The ideal candidate will hold HVAC/EPA and Pool Operator certifications, have elevator experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
2+ years as a supervisor and 5+ years in apartment maintenance are preferred; a high school diploma and auto insurance
