What You'll Do
- Install asphalt shingles, metal panels, and flat roofing systems
- Tear off and dispose of old roofing materials
- Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and ridge caps
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean jobsite
- Work with the crew to complete projects on schedule
- Roofing experience preferred (1+ years) — will train motivated candidates
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Texas weather
- Reliable transportation to the shop (company vehicle provided for jobsites)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
