Paladin Pest Control is a locally owned and growing pest control company serving Central Texas from New Braunfels to South Austin. We are built on honesty, quality service, and respect for both our customers and our technicians.

We are looking for a dependable pest control technician who wants stability now and growth in the future. This is not just a route job. This is a long term opportunity with real advancement for the right person.

You will work in a company that values doing things the right way. We do not use contracts to trap customers. We do not pressure technicians to upsell. We prioritize service quality, ethical practices, and work life balance. You'll typically work Monday through Friday. During the summer, you'll be scheduled to work two Saturdays each month, and one Saturday per month during the rest of the year.

Whenever you work a Saturday, you'll enjoy the following Monday off.

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services
• Apply treatments safely and according to regulations
• Educate customers on pest issues and prevention
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and office staff
• Manage your route with consistency and care
• Represent Paladin Pest Control with professionalism and integrity

• Active pest control license (required)
• Active termite license (required)
• Clean driving record

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
