Responsibilities
Position requires 32 hours per week. Shift options: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m., 2 p.m. – 10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Weekend shift availability is required.
The Mental Health Associates (MHA) work on the front lines of treatment for children, providing a safe and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include implementing the daily program schedule, maintaining accurate clinical and administrative documentation, and communicating with co‑workers and supervisors about patient care and safety.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Psychiatric experience preferred (2 years)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening
