Our Dispatcher will manage daily operations, including forecasting future needs.

• Creating and optimizing route sequences
• Addressing customer and employee requests, concerns, and complaints promptly
• Maintaining safety standards per federal, state, and company policies
• Forecasting and communicating equipment needs
• Data entry and distribution
• Continuously improving route efficiencies through regular maintenance

Requirements

• Strong geographical knowledge
• Expertise in routing pick‑up and delivery drivers and route drivers
• Ability to improve route efficiencies through daily adjustments
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other computer programs

• Full‑time, year‑round work with OT opportunities
• Starting pay: $19/hour (paid weekly)
• Schedule:
  
  10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Monday‑Friday (some weekends)
• Office environment: small‑office & relaxed dress code
