Job Description:
The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks in our warehouse facility, including loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The ideal candidate should be able to lift heavy items, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and follows safety regulations.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform general maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues in the warehouse.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order preparation.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
