- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
: AP, AR, and general ledger. - Manage bank reconciliations, credit card statements, and expense reports
. - Prepare monthly financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Assist with annual audits and tax filings
. - Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory standards.
- Take on additional projects that drive efficiency and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
. - Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting software
. - Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
. - Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
