Senior Tax Manager – Clear Partner Track – San Mateo, CA

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
• Provide strategic tax planning, projections, and guidance while leading IRS audits and tax notice responses.
• Manage and expand client relationships by delivering exceptional service and trusted business advice.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and tax staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to firm leadership, business strategy, and long‑term growth as part of the firm’s succession plan.

• Active CPA license.
• 15+ years of public accounting experience with strong tax preparation and review expertise.
• Deep knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate taxation.
• Proven leadership experience managing client relationships and developing staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
