Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support their growing accounting team. This role will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate will have strong AP experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match, batch, and code invoices
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Maintain vendor records and support new vendor setup
• Assist with month-end close and AP reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
