Verkada is seeking an experienced SOX Manager to lead and mature our Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance program. This role ensures ICFR across a multinational org, with hands‑on work in a fast‑paced hardware/SaaS company. The position is based in San Mateo, CA.
You will own the end‑to‑end 404 program, partner with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, IT and other functions, and drive remediation and control automation. A CPA/CIA/CISA or active pursuit is preferred.
