OverviewPlay Station is a global leader in entertainment, seeking an experienced executive assistant to support our People Team Leaders. This 12‑month temporary position (through a staffing partner) provides administrative, logistical, and project‑related support across the organization. The role has high visibility and works cross‑functionally, supporting the SVP, People and Places and VP, People Experience.
Responsibilities- Calendar management: manage daily schedules, coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, proactively resolve conflicts and prioritize.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with travel and event budgets.
- Own and help manage the rhythm of the business in partnership with executives and teams: create agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for conferences and special events (onsite and offsite).
- Lead, drive, and execute team events, socials, and offsite meetings.
- Act as liaison and trusted partner for the VPs, relaying information with senior leaders, customers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
- Anticipate executive needs, assemble resources, provide solutions, and scale processes.
- Field and funnel incoming requests, exercising judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure efficient communication between teams.
- Meet deadlines by maintaining organization, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple activities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide backup support for other EAs and help the team operate efficiently.
- 5–8 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting multiple executives.
- Strong confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Proven ability to manage projects in a fast‑moving, high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with web‑based scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Experience arranging complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones.
- Ability to work independently and partner with diverse teams.
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, forward‑thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people.
- Technology‑savvy and quick to learn new tools.
The estimated hourly pay range for this role is $40–$60 USD.
