Job Description
- Scheduling & dispatching estimates, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, installation & warranty appointments as needed
- Customer support such as answering phones, text messages, emails, leads & form submissions
- Managing HOA applications, TITLE 24 HERS forms, building / planning permits & map drawings.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Perform ongoing training, performance reviews & goal tracking
- Perform driving record & background check
- 1-year related experience
- Achieve goals assigned on a timely manner
- Complete all onboarding tasks & courses
- Following instructions
- Punctuality when clocking in & out
- Reliable & clear communication
- Cell phone capable of downloading apps required
