Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Business Partner to join their team. As an Administrative Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the Autonomy department supporting Directors and Senior Directors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for supporting a dynamic team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $60-$64/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Hands-on meeting scheduling, coordination, and note-taking to ensure seamless communication and workflow
• Complete administrative tasks including booking domestic and international travel, expense reporting, calendar management, and meeting arrangements
• Manage projects and events from inception through planning, tracking, and evaluation to support organizational goals
• Provide high-level support to senior leaders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Assist with various operational tasks to help the team operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

• 4-6 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for supporting diverse teams and programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical proficiency with Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple products
