Product Manager, Play Station App

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape how millions of players connect, share, and play together with Play Station®. You’ll collaborate with designers and engineers to define and launch features that make it easier for players to discover, connect, and play - on the go. This is a great opportunity to grow as a product manager in a global team that values creativity, inclusion, and curiosity.

This role can be based in our San Mateo, San Diego, Aliso Viejo, or Los Angeles offices or remotely, depending on location.

Explore the Play Station App:

• Develop a deep understanding of our players  needs and problems
• Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Help define and prioritize features that deliver clear value for players
• Collaborate with teams in the USA and Japan to build and launch solutions
• Support metric definition and post-launch analysis to understand impact

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product design, or a related role working on user-facing products
• Curious and proactive, with an interest in understanding player needs and translating them into great experiences
• Data-informed mentality with the ability to analyze impact and prioritize using a combination of data and product intuition
• Comfortable working with engineers and designers to build and ship products

• Experience with iOS, Android, and mobile app-related products
• Track record of turning customer insights and data into solutions with measurable business impact
• Passion for gaming

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This is a flexible role that can be remote, with varying pay ranges based on geographic location. For example, if you are based out of Seattle, the estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$131,000 — $196,000 USD
