• Help build the tools our Operations teams need
• Steward a software product line and curate its roadmap
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Technical Program Management to refine and prioritize features and requirements
• Define metrics that measure the health and performance of operational systems
• Review service start-up checks and partner with cross-functional teams to determine improvements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of product management experience
• Curiosity and a strong desire to improve systems and processes
• Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and outcomes through influence rather than authority
• Direct experience with product lifecycle management
• Technical background with the ability to understand software development concepts
