Jump is the strategy firm for future focused leaders.
Some firms focus on optimizing the past. Others aim for incremental growth. At Jump, we help senior executives invent the future by tackling their toughest challenges:
- Where will growth come from in five years?
- What new business models will keep us ahead?
- How can we lead our category rather than follow it?
For nearly three decades, we’ve partnered with Fortune 500 companies like Nike, Samsung, and Target to deliver the strategic foresight, innovation strategy, and business transformation that unlocks new growth opportunities.
As a boutique and specialized firm, Jump is well-known for the advisory relationships we build with senior business leaders and for the culture of exploration, learning and growth we foster among our team.
What You'll DoAs an Associate Strategist, you won't just be making slide decks and running the numbers. You’ll contribute to high-impact projects from day one, working closely with senior teammates and client executives to tackle challenges that don't come with easy answers.

- Contribute to Jump’s thought leadership
, helping shape perspectives on future-focused strategy.
Just like our company doesn’t fit into one mold, our people don’t either.
Maybe you studied industrial design and minored in marketing or anthropology. Maybe you majored in business strategy and took on roles that exposed you to design thinking and group facilitation. Maybe you studied psychology and applied those insights during internships on innovation teams.
Wherever you started, you’re looking for a role that challenges you to use it all. At Jump, you will be responsible for building your skills and delivering excellent work in all three of the following disciplines:
Business Strategy- You’ve conducted analysis, contributed to growth plans, or collaborated on strategic frameworks.
- You've synthesized complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- You can sketch and prototype to make abstract ideas tangible.
- You've created visual systems and artifacts that help others see and align on bold ideas.
- You’ve designed and conducted ethnographic research, interviews, or fieldwork to uncover critical insights.
- You translate patterns of human behavior and culture into frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
If you've built depth in one of these disciplines, have meaningful exposure to a second, show a strong curiosity to the third, and want a role that brings it all together, we'd love to meet you.
