The Role As a Business Analyst at Talview, you'll be the bridge between our customers and product teams-turning complex business requirements into clear, actionable solutions that power hiring and assessment workflows globally.

You'll work closely with project leads, product owners, engineers, and customer success teams to drive implementations, ensure quality, and deliver outcomes that matter. What You'll Do
• Discover & define requirements → Evaluate business processes, conduct requirements discovery, and highlight areas for improvement
• Own the regional backlog → Act as the product owner for the regional scrum team
• Drive process reviews → Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and solution designs
• Stay product-sharp → Keep up-to-date on the latest Talview product features and functionalities
• Run cadence meetings → Conduct regular internal and customer cadence meetings and ensure minutes are shared
• Support the SDLC → Assist Project Leads with user stories, test reviews, and solution evaluations
• Document everything → Create business requirements docs, solution designs, release notes, and user stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally → Work with Product, Dev Ops, and Customer Success teams for on-time deployments
• Drive UAT → Assist Customer Success and business users during user acceptance testing
• Track & report → Collaborate with Project Coordinators on weekly implementation status reports and RAG readouts
• Optimize resources → Assist in resource loading, project planning, and effort optimization for the regional scrum
• Enable handovers → Train and hand over to Technical Support and Customer Success teams post-deployment
• Shape the roadmap → Work on requirements for innovation projects that feed into the eventual product roadmap You Might Be a Fit If…You have:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• MBA in Operations, Finance, or Human Resources
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT services
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience working across time zones (APAC or Americas), cultures, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

Bonus points for:
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with Share Point
• Familiarity with Gantt Charts and project scheduling tools
• Knowledge of process charting tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
