Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and gene therapy, is looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist (Field Sales) based in Foster City, CA.
Job Duration:Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $45/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick leave, 401K
Key Responsibilities:- Fleet Operations:
Coordinate vehicle orders, transfers, disposals, registrations, driver compliance, data audits, reporting, and sustainability tracking. - Sample Operations:
Support training verification, inventory reconciliation, audits, CRMaccount updates, sample inquiries, discrepancy investigations, and compliance documentation. - Field Enablement:
Review exhibit and sponsorship requests for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and timelines; track event attestations and support licensing/credentialing escalations. - Maintain accurate operational records, identify discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Generate routine reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Partner with field teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issuesand ensure operational compliance.
- 6+years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience , including internships.
- Experience in Field Sales, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience handling multiple operational priorities and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Experience supporting compliance, audits, CRM, fleet, samples, or field enablementoperations.
